I am super excited to share with you my review on this ROM.
Anyway, I have been looking for a stable S4 ROM which is fast and gives me the Galaxy S5 look - see I wanted to upgrade to S5 but I am still holding this thought off since S5's price is still too high.
The comprehensive review of this super cool ROM is available here (thanks GalaxyS4Root!) but I just want to share a few important features.

Installation Method - Aroma
1. Fast - It's freaking fast and stable too. Quadrant Standard clocks at 16K+ ! I was at Samsung shop earlier this week and ran Quadrant Standard on an S5 running on stock 4.4.2 rom and it clocked at 17K+. My previous S4 LTE only reached about 10K
2. ROM control - This is an awesome ROM because it comes with loads of ROM control. Check out the battery widget selection, just to show a few cool features available in this ROM
3. S5 Look and Feel.
Details about this is available here in XDA forum

Rooting and ClockWork Mod installation on Galaxy S4 i9500 on Kitkat 4.4.2
Hey folks,
Just got myself an S4 i9500 and it happens to have Kitkat 4.4.2 loaded. I scoured the web to look for the sure fire way to root and install a CWM like recovery tool so, here it is;
Rooting
Once you are done, you should have Super SU apps on your S4
Set the phone on recovery to check if you have the recovery tool installed.
Good luck !

Rooting
- Use odin and CF-Auto-Root-ja3g-ja3gxx-gti9500.zip
- Download them here and yes, Odin is included in the ZIP file
- Check out the following site for instruction details
- Root your device first
- Use Odin and philz_touch_6.12.8-i9500.tar.md5
- Download them here
- The instruction is pretty much standard Odin steps... just point the PDA to the .md5 file

Galaxy Vibrant ICS upgrade without ODIN
Hey all !
I think this is the best video tutorial for upgrading your Vibrant from ECLAIR (stock ROM) to ICS (Passion ROM).
Several tips
1.It's recommended to perform a 2-step upgrade, i.e. ECLAIR to Gingerbread then to ICS
2. Always factory reset/clear CACHE etc after every flash
3. If it does it work the first time, try again ! It took me 2-3 times to be able to flash these ROM successfully

Social GPS Apps - Waze
Nothing against the rest of GPS software such as PAPAGO! and SYGIC, but being a practical guy, I just love this community base GPS called WAZE(it's free on google market and apps store)
I have been using it for weeks now in my daily commute from Shah Alam to Damansara. Here's what I like about this cool apps;
1. Giver Game - Apart from benefiting from the traffic updates from WAZE community, I am able to share my experience on the road with other users as well - where the police camera is, police roadblocks, hazards, jams etc... it just feels good to give..
2. It's free - Granted that the map is a little incomplete but hey, it's free.
3. You know why there's traffic - Sometimes it irritates me to be stuck in the jam and not knowing what's happening and what causes the gridlock. But with Waze, you will be notified on any accidents etc.
Here are some snapshots of Waze on my Galaxy S2
- Game-style rewards to up your points
- I was driving near KESAS highway and I saw stand-still straffic on the highway - Waze told me that there was an accident causing the huge jam.
- I know when there's a roadblock before the USJ toll
- Lots of useful information about the traffic
- ETA adjustment based on the traffic situation on your route
In short, this apps is just AWESOME !
