PAPAGO! M9 for Android Mobile X8.5 Map for Malaysia

The wait is finally over !

I have been using Papago! X5 for many years and after they decided to stop updating the map for X5, I have been looking for the latest version of Papago! that works on Android with map update.

Tested on my Galaxy S2 (ICS 4.0.3 ~VK ROM) and here are some screenshots ;

Here are the instructions;

1. Download 4 files below and place them in 1 folder;

2. Download the map

3. Use WinRAR to uncompress the File 1 and it will automatically uncompress all of the files4. You should find the folder NaviSEA on your computer disk where you uncompress the files.

4. Uncompress the Map file and place the folder in "NaviSEA/Maps" folder

5. Copy/Move the NaviSEA folder from your computer into your Android's INTERNAL disk or memory (NOT THE SDCARD for ICS 4.0.3)

6. Once you have the NaviSEA on your android phone, install the application using the APK file (Navitotal! M9SEA.apk) in the NaviSEA folder.

7. DONE and ENJOY IT !

PAPAGO X5 for Android (Malaysia and Singapore ONLY)

I got these tips and files after scouring the internet for a GPS software on my Galaxy S. So, here they are;

1) Download these compressed RAR files

If you do not have WINRAR software to uncompress/unpack these file, you can download it here

(Note: Moved away from Rapidshare to one of my dedicated servers)

2) Place the files in a folder and then open File1 with WINRAR and it will take care of the rest - No need to open the rest of File2, 3, 4 and 5. You will get the following as a result;
a)NaviSEA folder
b)PAPAGO_X5SEA_0806_WWEMarket.apk - this is the Android installer file

3) Download the PAPAGO Lib

4) Uncompress libpapago and copy libpapago.so, paste it inside NaviSEA folder

6) Copy NaviSEA folder, paste it inside your storage card, root directory.

7) Install PAPAGO_X5SEA_0806_WWEMarket.apk via computer or apk installer
